1. Introduction The JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD group is an ecosystem centered around an online exchange for Digital Assets Trading. The JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD group provides users with a Binance trading platform to buy and sell CRYPTO CURRENCY Digital Assets, an integrated custody solution allowing users to store their CRYPTO CURRENCY Digital Assets related services. JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD DOESNOT ENCOURAGE OR BUY ANY PUBLIC MONEY (USDT OR INDIAN RUPEES) FOR THE COMPANY TO DO TRADING, INSTEAD EACH INDIVIDUAL WITH THEIR OWN MONEY (USDT) CAN DO THE TRADING THROUGH THEIR OWN EXCHANGES. 2. JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD TERMS & CONDITIONS By registering to open a JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD Account you are entering into a legally binding agreement with us. These Terms will govern your use of the JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD Services and tell you who we are, how we will provide the JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD Services to you, how these Terms may be changed or terminated, what to do if there is a problem, along with other important information. THE AUTOMATIC / MANUAL COPY CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADING BOT developed by JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD must be obtained by paying an annual fee of $100. Having read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of the company in full, the CRYPTO TRADING BOT must be connected through your Binance Exchange API. The $100 you have given will be used by JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD as FEES for Annual Maintenances & Services and this will not be refundable. If you want this fund back, then you have to give proper reasons through email and JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD will scrutinize this and after 2 working days, if the company acknowledges your reasons, then within 7 working days after deducting the USDT for usage of the BOT till now by you, the balance USDT will be deposited into your same account only Using JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD application each customer doing Trading should use as Currency USDT only. No Indian Currency dealings will be acceptable with JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. For any reason such as Technical or Network issues arising and there is a delay in any operations of the TRADING, the customers are requested to bear with us for this delayed period. Other than the 100$ you invested with JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD for Annual Maintenances & Services charges; you don’t have to invest even 1 Rupee to the Company and JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD will not accept such amount also. ONCE THE CAPITAL AMOUNT YOU ARE INVESTING IN TRADING GETS 200% PROFIT IN 2 YEARS, THEN JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CAPITAL AMOUNT AND NO CLAIM ON THIS CAPITAL AMOUNT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Our Privacy Notice, which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect about you, or that you provide to us. By using the JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD Services, you understand and agree to such processing and you promise that all data provided by you is accurate and up to date. While registering in JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD for Trading pls ensure that your ADDRESS PROOF is authentic, Genuine and Original be it by Aadhaar Card / Voter ID etc. If by any chance the company finds out any fraud in this regard then you will be liable and will be prosecuted and also any loss while Trading, JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD will not be responsible. Our Risk Warning, which sets out important information on the risks that can arise when buying, selling, holding or investing in Digital Assets FOR TRADING WITH THE EXCHANGES OTHER THAN WHAT THE COMPANY SUGGESTS, YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE AND NOT JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. COMPANY SUGGESTS FOR TRADING ONLY INTERNATIONAL LEVEL SAFE EXCHANGE SUCH AS BINANCE EXCHANGE. BUT IF ANY UNPREDICTABLE INCIDENTS HAPPEN SUCH AS THE EXCHANGE GOES THROUGH A MAJOR TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION OR THERE IS A BAN ON THIS EXCHANGE BY THE INDIAN GOVT, THEN JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE. IN TRADING PER MONTH ACCORDING TO THE NORMS OF THE CRYPTO MARKET WITHOUT ANY LOSS BUT ONLY PROFIT IS ASSURED YEARLY BY JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. WHILE TRADING IS GOING ON PLS DO NOT DO THESE THINGS: 1. WHEN THERE IS PROFIT OVERFLOWING PLS DONOT CUT AND TAKE THE PROFIT. 2. WHILE IN TRADING IF LOSS IS SHOWN, PLS DONOT CLOSE IT. 3. WHILE TRADING IS GOING ON DONOT WITHDRAW THE CAPITAL FUND. IF THESE ARE NOT FOLLOWED THEN JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSSES INCURRED BY YOU AND YOUR ACTIONS. In CRYTO currency, any taxes any time the Indian Government levies or any kind of finance exchange fees to be collected, the Customer will be solely responsible since the Capital Fund is not bought by JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. IF ANY BAN COMES FOR CRYPTO CURRENCY IN INDIA OR INTERNATIONALLY, JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IN ANY MANNER. If any person be it the staff member or the influenced Customer of JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD misuses to collect funds from the public promising them to do favors in this regard is illegal and will be prosecuted. JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. has all the rights to change or alter the said Terms & Conditions which will be applicable for the New Customers. This will not affect the existing Customers. JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD COMPANY WILL HAVE THE SOLE RIGHTS TO DECIDE THE PROFITS SHARE TO THE CUSTOMER. No one has the rights to question JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD in this regard. 3. Eligibility Eligibility criteria. To be eligible to register for a JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD Account and use the JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD Services, you must: a. be an individual, corporation, legal person, entity or other organization with the full power, authority and capacity to (1) access and use the JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD Services; and (2) enter into and comply with your obligations under these Terms; b. if you are an individual, be at least 18 years old; c. if you act as an employee or agent of a legal entity, and enter into these Terms on their behalf, you must be duly authorized to act on behalf of and bind such legal entity for the purposes of entering into these Terms; d. not have been previously suspended or removed from using JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD Services; e. not be a Restricted Person; f. not be located, incorporated, otherwise established in, or resident of, or have business operations in: g. a region where it would be illegal under Applicable Law for you to access or use the JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD Services, or cause us or any third party to contravene any Applicable Law; or h. a country listed in our List of Prohibited Countries. 3.1. Amending our eligibility criteria. We may amend our eligibility criteria at any time in our sole discretion. Where possible, we will give you notice in advance of the change. However, we may occasionally need to make changes without telling you in advance. This may include where: a. we are making the change as a result of legal and/or regulatory changes; b. the changes being made are in your interest; and/or c. there is any other valid reason which means there is no time to give you notice. Where we are unable to give you advance notice, we will let you know of the change as soon as possible after it is made. 4. Chat Service 4.1. Availability of Chat Service. We may make our interactive online chat service available to you (“Chat Service”) at any time in connection with your use of any of the JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD Services. By using the Chat Service, you may interact with a bot, chatbot, or other non-human. We will disclose the use of a chatbot, or other non-human, to the extent required by Applicable Law. When engaging with us through use of the Chat Service, you authorize us to monitor and save your chats. 4.2. Important information. The Chat Service is provided as a convenience, often to facilitate your understanding of the JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD Services. Our Chat Service will make reasonable efforts to provide you with accurate and current information based on your question or needs. 5. Fees and calculations 5.1. Payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees in connection with your use of the JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD Services as set out on the Fee Structure page on our website, or otherwise communicated to you in any relevant Product Terms. You authorize us to deduct all applicable fees, commissions, interest, charges and other sums that you owe from your JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD Account under these Terms or any Product Terms in accordance with the method of calculation set out on our Fee Structure page. If you owe us an amount in one Digital Asset and do not have sufficient assets in that Digital Asset, we may deduct the sums owed in another Digital Asset to effect payment (in which case we will convert the Digital Asset you hold into the Digital Asset in which … 6. Transaction limits 6.1. Your Transaction limits. Your Exchange Account may be subject to a limit on: a. the amount or volume of Transactions you may undertake in connection with your Exchange Account; and/or b. the amount or value of Fiat Currency or Digital Assets you may transfer into or out of your Exchange Account, in each case in a given period (e.g. daily). Any applicable limits are shown in your Exchange Account. 6.2. Changes to your Transaction limits. We reserve the right to change any Transaction limit that applies to your Exchange Account at any time at our absolute discretion. It may also be possible for you to request a change in your limits. Any change will be made in our absolute discretion and will be subject to any further conditions that we deem These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD (“JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD”, “we”, “our” or “us”). The Terms govern your use of the JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD Services made available to you on or through the Platform or otherwise. By registering for a JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD Account, accessing the Platform and/or using the JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD Services, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, together with any additional documents or terms referred to in these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that you will be bound by and will comply with these Terms, as updated and amended from time to time. If you do not understand and accept these Terms in their entirety, you should not register for a JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD Account or access or use the Platform or any JTREDY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD Service. ANY DISPUTE ARISING IN ANY FORM BETWEEN THE COMPANY AND THE CLIENT, THE RESOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM WILL BE DECIDED THROUGH THE COURT OF LAW WHICH WILL BE “THE MADRAS HIGHCOURT” CHENNAI.
